Kindergarten Winter Math Centers-Counting

Hello!

Today I have some very easy winter themed counting center ideas. All of these ideas are low prep and simple for the students to complete on their own.

For your convenience I have linked the materials used to Amazon where you can find the same/similar items in this post. I do have to say that by using these link to make a purchase I will also receive a small commission from Amazon with no additional cost to you. This will help me continue to create more exciting content for teachers.

I love this test tube set-up for counting, students can see how different materials can fill up the test tubes. It makes it easy to see the difference between numbers, especially when using the same sized items. I printed off these numbers I found on teachers pay teachers here - they are so cute! You can find the same container that I use on Amazon here - it is actually sold with baking sprinkles but I love how the tubes are wide so bigger materials can fit inside.

These bells were perfect for counting and stringing and for getting fine motor practice in. They made a fun noise too as the students were stringing them. You can find similar silver bells with snowflake cut-outs here on Amazon.

This center is easy to create and students will have fun decorating the snowflakes. All you need to do is write numbers on the snowflakes and put out some loose materials for them to count onto them. You can find similar foam snowflakes here on Amazon.

This center and the next two centers are super simple to create- all you need are numbers, containers and items to count! You can find similar light blue and clear gems here and dark blue gems here on Amazon.
